Oak Farm Chardonnay:
Fresh, medium-bodied with notes of pineapple and green apple. Creamy, with hints of butter, with a silky mouthfeel. It has flavours of lemongrass, hazelnut, and vanilla that carry the complex finish. Grapes are sourced from the Mohr-Fry Vineyard who won grower of the year from the California Association of Wine Grape Growers.
Tievoli Cabernet Sauvignon
Tievoli is I love it Spelled backward. Cool Eh? Full-bodied with complex aromas of black currant, cedar, and vanilla. Finish is abundant in textured tannins, yet smooth and velvety. Sourced from our 2 estate vineyards (Mokelumne River sub-AVA & Shinn Farms) We blended 20% Petite Sirah to help strengthen the colour & increase the body and mouthfeel.
Oak Farm Cabernet Sauvignon
Full-bodied, deep and dark in color, this wine is full of eucalyptus and black tea aromas, completed by hints of raspberry and dark chocolate. This wine has a bold mouth-feel and textured finish. Sourced from our 7-acre estate vineyard in Mokelumne River sub-AVA.
Tievoli Zinfandel
Tievoli is I love it Spelled backward. Cool Eh? Dark in color and intense on the nose, this Zinfandel has aromas of spices, licorice and raspberries. It is a rich wine, with a full body and a structured finish. From two vineyards, the Hohenrieder and Mohr-Fry. 14 months Oak aging/ 20% New French and American Oak, remaining barrels were neutral Oak.
