This is a great example of the strength of this variety in the Great Southern. They selected parcels of Cabernet from a number of their vineyards to make this fruit-driven and well-structured dry red.A dark crimson red with good depth. Lovely aromas of dark plums and red berry fruits, complexed by a hint of smokiness.
