Tipperary Boutique Distillery was created to distil a unique Irish whiskey from our own barley, grown on Ballindoney farm in County Tipperary.
Jennifer Nickerson leasds the team at Tipperary Distillery which includes her fiance Liam Ahearn and her father Stuart Nickeson, one of Scotland's leading whisky experts. Jennifer loves whisk(e)y: she has grown up beside distilleries and even wrote her university thesis on Scotch Whisky. Romance led Jennifer to follow her hart too Tipperary where, as fate would have it, the Ahearn family have grown barley on their land for 4 generations. Jennifer and Liam's story is a whiskey maker's dream and between them they have all the ingredients and magic for great Irish Whiskey!
