This is a lovely, indeed exciting wine from Western Australia. Very well focused and harmonized. Loved the penetrating, fine aromas of blueberry jam, pepper, vague evergreen and background oak. It is medium- full-bodied, fairly dense and smooth with a firm acid core, buffed tannin and warming alcohol. There is a sense of minerality on the finish as well. Very well rendered and huge value.
